Our location is outdoors in the area below the steps leading up to the Capitol.
Follow mask recommendations, and the rules that are in place on the date the of rally.
Check the weather and dress accordingly. Bring an umbrella in case of rain. Be sure to have warm clothes and even a blanket just in case.
