We have added LIBERTY PLAZA directly across from the Georgia Capitol as our main rally site. We are mounting a concerted effort to have other groups join us on Wednesday October 16th from 12 noon until 2 pm to fight for our rights to pain medication and for the DEA to stop the harassment of our doctors. We ask Veterans who have been affected by the VA decision outlawing essential and quality of life-providing Pain Medication, to join us in this fight.
Pain advocates and Pain groups across the Peach State are encouraged to stand and support our efforts against the assault on the doctor-patient relationship and the demonizing of legitimate and proven Pain Medication.
If you need anything like a PA system, I own one.
I have a high definition video camera and microphones if needed. Can we make an effort to bring the news? Perhaps we should have handout sheets of the issue (summarized) with links to articles listed in the Facebook Group CPP News Source and links to different pain resources. We could have QR codes on the handout for people to access the article links with their phones? Perhaps we can post videos on Youtube, other social media and specific social media pain sites as “commercials” saying we are having this and other rallies? Perhaps we could get donations to make a banner to be used at this and future rallies? Thank you for doing this! Please let me know how I can help!
